Terms and Conditions for the Mee and You Membership

By signing up and joining our community, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Kindness First 

We believe in building a supportive, positive space for all members. Kindness is not just a guideline, it's a core value. Treat everyone with respect and empathy. 

2. No Tolerance for Unkind Behaviour
Our number one rule: Don’t be a dick!

Any behaviour that is rude, harmful, or unkind will not be tolerated. This includes: - Personal attacks - Discrimination of any kind (race, gender, sexuality, etc.) - Bullying or belittling others 

3. Monthly Membership Fees
By subscribing, you agree to make monthly payments for unlimited access to our weekly online Power Networking events. These payments will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide on a recurring basis, unless cancelled. 

4. Payment Authorisation 

By submitting your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable monthly fee on a recurring basis. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method remains up to date. 

5. Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the group until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months. 

6. Non-Refundable Payments 

All payments are non-refundable. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including if you are removed from the group for violating our kindness rule or other terms. 

7. Termination of Membership 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time if you fail to comply with these terms, including but not limited to violations of our kindness policy (Don’t be a dick). No refunds will be provided if your membership is terminated due to violations of our rules. 

8. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email or posted within the group.
