Independent's Day – Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for Mee & You Presents: Independent’s Day, you agree to the following terms:
No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person – see below for details.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no extra cost.
You must notify the event organisers of any changes by emailing marie@madebymee.com.
If the new attendee has different dietary requirements, these must be communicated at the time of transfer.
️ Dietary Requirements Cut-Off
All dietary requirements must be submitted no later than 19th June 2025.
Any changes made after this date may not be accommodated, and the meal provided will reflect the original ticket holder’s choice.
Communication
All event updates and essential info will be shared via email. Please ensure you provide a valid and regularly checked email address.
Venue Access
Your ticket grants you access to the expo on 4th July 2025 at The Olde Barn Hotel & Spa, including workshops, networking areas, lunch and refreshments (as outlined in the ticket details).
Access to spa facilities is only available to those who book a room at the hotel. You will get a discount code for the hotel emailed to you after ticket purchase
Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used in promotional materials for future events.
✅ Behaviour & Code of Conduct
This is a supportive and inclusive event. Kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Anyone behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave, with no refund given.
⚠️ Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, lineup, or event layout.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted directly with alternative options.
